On February 2,2017, I ordered the Aleko 20 X 8 Retractable RV/Patio Awning in Brown Fade (RVAW20X8BRN13-AA). On 02/17/2017 (2 weeks and 5 days later) I received a small box containing only a tarp, some plastic spline, and a small strap. After multiple unsuccessful attempts at contacting your company, I finally reached Ahmad in customer service who had me take and send several photos verifying what I received.
