If I could go less stars I would! We started warranty issues after the system failed after 6 months, all was good until the year ran out and now they stopped dealing with me to fix the issues. Thieves Thieves Thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a 12' awning from them 3 weeks ago. Everything was great until I went to attach the fabric part. When we opened it up there were lines of white all over what was supposed to be a beige awning. I can't get them to return my emails and trying to call them is a joke. Don't believe what they say on their website. Their customer service is terrible!
Awful experience. They sent the wrong parts twice and then try to charge us for shipping the third time. Took about four months back to get back to us. They did finally refund our money though
If you want to throw your money away and get treated poorly, then buy from Aleko Products. I would never recommend this company. I ordered a very expensive chicken coop, which arrived 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive, and was damaged. The roofing was moldy, and the wood was dented and damaged from shipping. My experience with trying to purchase an awning has been terrible. Purchased in good faith directly from Aleko's website, did not receive many of the required parts or even the booklet/install guide. Have been going back and forth with them for over 4 months now, they expect me to pay to ship back the incomplete parts/pieces of this product they sent me. Very disappointing client service.

Was looking for a sauna to put up this winter. Ordered on Aleko website for such a good price. The package arrived with some damage due to freight company not being careful with the crate. Aleko CS team helped me out get replacement of the damages in addition I was offered a really good partial refund for the inconvenience. The team is great and very helpful. I would totally recommend it to my friends who love the sauna I have right now. Great job guys!
Aleko participates in False Advertising. I ordered a SB5CEDARCP Barrel Sauna from them because of the specifications they had listed on their website. The specifications stated in 2 different places that the unit had a 6Kw heater. I also have an email confirmation from their sales department stating that the unit contains a 6Kw heater. Purchased item online and it has stopped working within 6 months. Has two year warranty. Have emailed and called and left messages and no one will ever call or write back.
