I love the new singing dentist! He made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Zand is very professional he takes time to explain every procedure Plus all the input that a patient need to know. With this doctor I feel like he wants to really help his patient instead of just making money. I feel very comfortable with him and I no whatever he prescribe is the best I really like this doctor
Dr. Zand and his staff were responsive to my concerns and wishes as to the procedures to be done. I was very satisfied with the care I received as I have always been with the practice under Dr. LaCavita.
Great job, Dr. LaCivita and his staff have the same enjoyable and energetic vibe with Dr. Zand. Dr.Zand was great and let me know how the health of my teeth is progressing.
My visit was very pleasant, the staff is very socialable. I am very satisfied with the look of my new bridge. The lab did an outstanding work, the color and appearance of the teeth are excellent.
Aside from that, Daoud and I came up with the brilliant idea for a show to take place at this office entitled, "Dr. Zand: Naked Dentist" in which all of the staff and patients are clothing optional (as far as OSHA will legally permit). It's brilliant! Have you ever seen such a show before? Please tell Dr. Zand that you support this project and you are willing to participate. I'm telling you, this is a gold mine.
I really liked having the fuzzy, grey, Cynthia Rowley blanket while I was having my cavities filled. It is a nice and cozy touch. :)
I have been to this office a number of times over the last 7 years. No matter what technician I have, I always have a good experience. The Doctor is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I switched dental insurance just so I could go back to this office even though it meant a little more money out of my pocket. I tried other dentists that accepted my previous HMO carrier and all 3 were very disappointing so I switched back to PPO. I drive out of my way to keep coming back to this office. That's how much I like this office.
Everyone at the dentist office from reception to cleaning is always professional and very customer service-oriented.
