Dr. Ovalle is a decent GP. However, how he runs his practice is appalling. It is disrespectful of patients. It says, "My time is important. Yours isn't. I need to keep my meter running." Packed waiting rooms. Waits of an hour and a half are typical. This is not a public clinic. These are scheduled appts for patients with Medicare and insurance. No way to treat patients. I'm a doc and a 71-year old male whose father died of prostate cancer. When I asked for a prostate exam, he was put off? Huh?
