while I feel I get excellent care i get frustrated with the long wait times. I had a 1030 telehealth appointment and didn't get a call until 1pm.
Was referred to Dr. Ovalle by Dr. B. Kaim years ago as he believed Dr. Ovalle was destined to become one of El Paso’s best physicians. Dr. Kaim was RIGHT. From day one Dr. Ovalle has listened and provided invaluable advice. He helped me get to a point where I was able to self-manage chronic conditions with minimal use of medications. I have been going to Dr. OValle for several years now. He is extremely competent and cares about my health and well being.
Late, as udual
Dr. Ovalle respects me as a fully contributing member of my healthcare team and as a whole person in general. My opinions and insights were thoughtfully And respectfully considered by him and he responded accordingly. His focus is on prevention, being proactive, and keeping me healthy, not on waiting for a problem to be diagnosed and treated. I am not an easy client but at no time did he dismiss me or my beliefs. After three years as his client, he is stuck with me!
Dr. Ovalle has been the best Doctor my family has had. He takes care of my special needs son Angel, and my husband Albert and myself. As well as several friends and family members we have recommended.
