I am really disappointed with this facility due to the lack of care for patients. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Ovalle for years, and he has been an awesome doctor. However, there seems to be an issue with his staff, as it appears that someone is not doing their job. Last week, I had a virtual appointment, but no one showed up for it. I called the next day and spoke with the receptionist, who scheduled me for another appointment, this time a phone call with the doctor. Again, no one called.
