Gave doc benefit of the doubt last two times....this will be 3rd time ina row 1+ hr wait for routine follow up(first visit 2 hrs wait). Looking for new primary .... totally unacceptable.

I should give no stars! My husband had a minor stroke in November, 1st visit was alright. After that, staff and communication was horrible. He had an appointment again in late May and they cancel and rescheduled. So he went today and Dr is out of the office won't be back till later. My husband waited for 2 hours and he decided to reschedule. He got scheduled until August! One month later really??? This is ridiculous... a patient that had a stroke and can't be seen to have a follow-up is not good... shame on this office.

Servicio profesional y muy humano. El Doctor Ovalle está muy al pendiente de la salud de mi esposo. Trato muy amable de todo el personal y paciente.

I am really disappointed with this facility due to the lack of care for patients. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Ovalle for years, and he has been an awesome doctor. However, there seems to be an issue with his staff, as it appears that someone is not doing their job. Last week, I had a virtual appointment, but no one showed up for it. I called the next day and spoke with the receptionist, who scheduled me for another appointment, this time a phone call with the doctor. Again, no one called. As patients, we set aside ti... read more
