I used Alegro Pool Care to balance my fiberglass inground pool chemicals for approximately 8 months. My pool now has a permanent (I haven’t found a solution) white haze on all of the walls. I have no idea what happened and neither do they!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with this pool company, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing service encounters I've ever had. The owner, who is impossible to get in touch with, refuses to take responsibility for any issues or mistakes. When things went wrong (which, unfortunately, was often), he was quick to offer excuses but never any solutions. Chad and is team did an Awesome job taking care of my pool.
They never cleaned the hot tub, and broke the jets, refusing to fix it. Rude management. Take my advice! Stay away from these thugs! Owner has a majorly bad attitude. Doesn’t treat customers with respect nor kindness. All out for himself. Responded with rude emails, no effort to resolve any issues, they go through the motions but don’t actually clean anything.
