This auto sales there employees still the parts from the new cars and put old parts, so you go back. It is a very bad place. I hope they investigate the place so they could know what kind place really is.
I REALLY HATE TO SAY THIS BUT IT IS THE TRUTH. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. WHOEVER ANSWERS YOUR PHONE, SHE HANGS UP ON PEOPLE AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I HATE THAT I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THERE AND IF I DIDNT NEED TRANSPORTATION, I WOULD BRING THIS CAR BACK. SOMEONE REFERRED ME BECAUSE YOU ALL TREAT HER RIGHT. BUT WHY ME..I PAY THE NOTE ON TIME AND ALL THOUGH THIS CAR HAS PROBLEMS, I DONT HARASS YOU ALL ABOUT FIXING IT. IS IT BECAUSE I AM A DIFFERENT RACE?
These people claim to have warranty but don't fix the vehicles.
