The people here (especially finance) are rude, incompetent and plain nasty with their customers. They will try to double charge you and harass you. They not only personify the shady stereotype of used car salesmen, they bring it to an all time LOW. DO NOT do business with them. You will regret it if you do.

Este es el peor lugar de el mundo, carros malisimos, intereses super altos, y el personal es horrible, no tienen educacion, el dueño es un Colombiano malisima persona, es un usurero de primera clase. TODO EN ESE LUGAR DA ASCO. NO LO RECOMIENDO, ME VENDIERON UN CARRO Y A LA SEMANA SE DAÃÂO DEL MOTOR Y NADIE SE HIZO RESPONSABLE.
This is by far the worst place to purchase a vehicle. They only deal with the latin community; but too demand that we only speak spanish is highly unprofessional. the employees hardly speak any english....the maintanence department takes weeks to assist you... yet they want the payment on time ....even if the car is in their shop being repaired n u havent had it that entire time
The worst place plus the employee Juan Gamboa that is a supervisor that steels from the auto place takes cars from the dealer and take parts away from the dealers cars and returns the car with old parts plus also uses the dealers cars for personal use Just letting you know to be careful of buying from there, because they reap you off your money and what you are going to buy.
I can't believe how our city of Houston can let people work like that stealling $$ with a lot of advantage like that i, i never wonder there were places like this with the 26% interest that is really profitable, it is even making me think if is it legal???....Thank you Alegria for your support to community stealling $$$ like that !!!!
En este lugar la gente roba, y venden los peores carros, por si esto no fuera poco las personas de Cobranzas son super mal educadas y nisiquiera te contestan de Houston si no de un centro de llamadas en algun lugar de Colombia, nada profesionales y venden carros malisimos.
Este es el peor dealer de Texas, son unos ladrones.
