My experience: Today I went to visit the Alegre's Office Manager Sylvia and Rebecca the clerk to try and resolve a financial matter involving FSA. They started out sweet as pie but in the end Sylvia crossed her arms, dug her heels into the carpet and wanted to know when I planned on making the final payment. I would call this 'cold and callus' considering the frustration, let alone stress, I've been experiencing about my billing. Great dentist but the assistant helping seemed angry and was not very nice. I was not scheduled for the timeframe I had asked for. Thinking I might find another dental office. The TVs are lovely though....
BEST DENTAL OFFICE AROUND! Besides being very convenient in location, Dr. Major and his staff at the Petroglyphs Alegre Dental Office are AWESOME! In fact, even if it wasn't conveniently located, I would now definitely drive across town for my dental needs. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists and dentist, everyone in that office makes me feel welcome and very comfortable.Their facility is great! Friendly staff, friendly dentist I had been avoiding coming to the dentist for a couple years, and I knew i needed work. From the front office ladies to the hygienist, no one ever made me feel guilty or embarrassed about my problems. Dr. Major was also friendly and comforting. The work left me a little sore, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected. I definitely recommend you try out Alegre Dental
