Excellent job from start to finish!!! Just finished my 6 week followup and I couldn't be happier.
We love Dr. Denes. Not only do my two titanium hips allow me to do anything I want, but the experience was as good as I can imagine it could get. My husband and I both liked Dr. Denes immediately. He is friendly, and answered all our questions as if he had all day and hadn't heard the same questions a million times. My recovery from both procedures went very well. I was walking the same day and out the next. Be sure to get the icing device- It made all the difference pain wise.
I had my first hip replacement in November, 2011. Dr. Denes was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also has been performing the posterior procedure for many years. Yes, he is busy, but all surgeons in high demand had better be.
Every appointment I waited over a hour before I was seen by him. Secondly, I had an appointment to review my MRI results and we didn't review them at all. He told me I needed surgery and didn't show me the results or explain anything in detail. I feel like he could be a good doctor if he didn't overbook himself. The 4 times I had appointments with him seemed rushed and I didn't feel I got the quality of care I deserved. Decided to get a second opinion and it was a far better experience.
I am very pleased with the high quality treatment I have received from Dr. Denes. I recently had my hip labrum repaired by Dr. Denes via arthroscopic surgery and so far the surgery has been a major success! He is a professional and highly skilled at what he does.
Have recommended Dr. Denis to others. I find him very personable and very knowledgeable in his field. He is a no BS type of guy who tells you the truth, like it or not.
