I'm very happy with the Professionalism of our lead maintenance man here at Aldrrich 51 Mr. Anndy Rodas. He fixed my Air Conditioner, and his brother installed a garbage Disposal a few weeks ago. Both of them are kind and polite. He does good work and always with a smile. I have been a resident here for 6 years We have seen many people in that time. The current manager Diana Sando is Especially nice and polite to me also. She is also willing to help. They stepped into a big job here. I must say there working on everything.... read more
These apartments has become a hot spot for the homeless. They sleep in the hall ways, stairwells, and laundry rooms. One day A man watched me walk into my apartment and started knocking on my door. I asked who is It and he said he was looking for his little daughter. I said she’s not in here. Then he replied can you open the door I just need help looking for her.
