RecommendedI got my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Alderman’s about a month ago. The buying experience was great and quick. Yesterday my check engine light came on and I was concerned as I’ve only had it a month. They got me right in this morning and looked it over, even went as far as to call the local Jeep dealership to make sure they weren’t missing anything, and just delivered my vehicle back to me at work. Hassle free, wonderful service all around.
Does not honor warranties. Told us bad information when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our truck. After trying them 6 times, we went somewhere else who fixed it in one trip.

This past Thursday I was on my way camping an I pulled over to get the kids some lunch an the starter went on my truck they had a wrecker come N get my truck an they put it in as soon as the truck got there very good service thank Chris an his team!!!
