For the last decade I have gone to the Albany NY area for new car purchases. After a couple poor experiences with VT dealers, I swore I'd never buy in VT again. Well, bought a car from Aldermans Buick GMC yesterday and couldn't have had a better experience. Walter is a phenomenal salesman: educated about the product, personable, and kind. Showroom sales people are usually friendly and helpful no matter what make of vehicle you’re buying. But Skye at Alderman’s was especially so. She had the ability to make me (a senior citizen) feel like I was the only person she wanted to sell a vehicle to. And as for Alderman’s service department, it’s great. I traded in a Subaru Outback on the vehicle I bought at Alderman’s and even though the Outback is a decent enough car I never felt welcomed in the dealer’s service department by its small staff the way I do at Alderman... read more
