not having the best customer service, they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks and I have to call them to check on the status since they won't keep me updated like they said they would. also would not give me straight answers about my vehicle.

We just bought a used truck from Alderman’s. The online price is the low price, no nonsense, great price below KKB, Edmunds TMV, etc. Truck was fully serviced. Everyone was friendly and we were able to take it home in about 2 hours from test driving it. Didn’t expect that! Wonderful experience, would definitely return when we’re in the market again. We travelled a little under 2 hours to look at the truck.
They truly care about you and take the time with you that you need to make the best decision.
