I contracted Alderfer Glass to install a glass shower enclosure for our bathroom remodel. Their employee came out to measure when tilework was complete and then scheduled an install date. On the date of install (3 weeks LATER), their employee stated the tile was not sloped properly and should be fixed prior to install.
