I contracted Alderfer Glass to install a glass shower enclosure for our bathroom remodel. Their employee came out to measure when tilework was complete and then scheduled an install date. On the date of install (3 weeks LATER), their employee stated the tile was not sloped properly and should be fixed prior to install. I asked why this was not pointed out at the original visit so it could've been remedied prior to install date. I was given no reason. Had them come out to look at my bay window, guy wouldn’t get on a ladder or even look at my window. Told me “could be anything” and wouldn’t help me at all. I wound up calling someone else who will actually get on a ladder to tell me what is wrong. Very disappointed because this company did awesome work for me in the past. If it’s not a big job, they want nothing to do with you. Shame.

Love you guys. You've been faithful for years. I've heard stories from the 1980's of you sometimes being the only customer we made a trip for. And today, you have the biggest piles at new angle beveling/martell glass. No one can compete with the output you guys deal with each week. We base almost 80% of the way we load our Philadelphia truck just for you. Keep it going guys.
