Professional burger. Great evening despite the mistakes. - Maple Bourbon Chicken Sandwich - $17: HUGE and filling. The house-breaded crispy chicken breast was lean but moist and flavorful. This was our first time eating at Alder & Iron. We had reservations but there was only one other table being occupied in the dining room. When we walked in and approached the hostess area, four people stopped by to tell us someone else would be helping us. Our waitress was very good and did a nice job. We ordered bread and oil for an appetizer and the first piece of bread I ate gad a long hair running thru it. I ordered the ribs which were good but the side of rice was very cold when served.
