Ethan and Alex were awesome instructors! We had a great time and learned a lot.
I went in for one thing and came out with a new Jackson 12.5 kayak! I give them 5 out 5 stars! Customer service is outstanding!
Was introduced to Alder at Willamette River fest. The entire day's free tours filled up in about 30 minutes. We watched these guys make adjustments to their plans and accurately communicate with everyone. Our ride was with a family group of about ten, and Josh and Brent did their best to make sure everyone understood the safety issues while also having a good time. All involved were friendly, professional and helpful. We can't wait to do business with them in the future!
Davis Slova is not just a great guide and all around great and funny guy. He'll probably never tell you how he donated gear and expertise for a two day excursion for the Boy Scouts. Every year he does this on the Deschutes.
From the second we walked in the door, we have had exceptional service! The most friendly and knowledgeable people work here, and we have always appreciated their patience and expertise. We have stored our kayaks here for two years, and we love it!! We now store our small little dingy here because we know they will take good care of it. We love Alder Creek!!
I've taken most of my professional classes from Alder Creek. From intro to kayaking to BCU 4 Star assessment. they are the best. They have always accommodated my schedule or changes. They provide excellent equipment for classes. The instructors & guides are professional & beyond competent. Prices are reasonable.
