I asked for a specific answer concerning my policy more than one time before making a decision. The question could've been answered correctly had anyone bothered to check. Because she didn't, I lost over $300. Only after the fact did an agent "explain" the why (and only after I asked again). My wife and I were lucky enough to have found Tom Britt with Alder & Cox who guided us through getting us enrolled in UHC. He was super informative, very pleasant and has communicated promptly with any questions that we threw his way. If you’re looking to get enrolled in UHC if you have questions on Car or Homeowners insurance or even if you just have any general Health, Car or Health insurance questions- then we would strongly advise you to call Tom Britt!

I have used Alder and Cox for years now and Abby always takes great care of me. She is a great asset to the company and I hope they realize that and compensate her for what she is truly worth. Really good employees are hard to come by these days. She is definitely in that category.
