After conducting business in the Chattanooga area since 1985 I experienced an issue with Alder & Cox Insurance Agency that they refused to resolve! An equity group was getting ready to fund a project I had. The equity group wanted me to bind insurance coverage for project. I secured it with Alder & Cox. The equity group never closed and funded the project, thus never conducting any work for coverage under the policies with Alder & Cox.
