Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Definitely not. It was way too cold Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
