The dental service is good, but the front desk is awful. They screwed up our claim and charged me instead of my wife because they assumed we were on the same insurance. Without so much as a phone call, I had a collection account in my name. When I called to explain, they did nothing and then sent me another bill in my name, not my wife's. What happened to medical privacy? It's not the mistake that bugs us, but the lack of effort to correct their mistake. We will never go there again.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
