I was impressed by the staff, the facilities, the decor. A lot of thought went into designing the waiting area and also the exam area as well. I was happy that my daughter was distracted by the wide variety of toys. My one disappointment was that the visit started 30 minutes late. I was told that my daughter's 11AM appt would be 30 minutes. My husband brought my daughter on time and I met my family at the office around 11:15A. Best Children's Dentist I have ever been to!! All techs are knowledgeable. They schedule appointments appropriately so that you don't wait a long time. They ask the right questions about my child's dental care and offer great suggestions. And then there is the atmosphere. My children love going there!! From the small door for them to enter, to the supersized mouth to brush, the rock wall, all of the character glasses, the bright colors and more. Dr. Kim does a great job with my kiddos ranging in age from 4-15. She gets to know them, and always makes sure they are comfortable with everything that is happening during their visit. Top notch service, always!!!
