If I could give no stars I would. I understand why people are drawn to this practice. Lots of fun things for kids. However, I encourage people to look beyond the toys, movies, and friendly staff. We left the practice bc we were not happy. After we stopped going, I requested my daughters x-rays be sent to our new dentist. The X-rays were not sent, I left the information where to send them on the voice mail. I also requested a call back, neither happened. RecommendedDr. Kim is awesome. She takes her time with your child and makes sure each patient gets a thorough check. Her staff is amazing too.

I wish more than 5 stars was an option. We heard about Dr. Kim from our IBCLC to have our 2 month old assessed for lip and tongue tie. We were told Dr. Kim used a CO2 laser and it’s less painful for baby so that was a huge selling point for us. We made an appointment and the office staff was very sweet and got us scheduled quickly. The day of our appointment we texted to check in from the parking lot and were brought back to the giraffe nursery very quickly. The room had a TV, couch, and chair. We had a great experience with Ms. Beth and Dr. Kim! They were awesome, pleasant and very nice to our daughter. My daughter kept saying how nice everybody was and glad that we made the choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry have the most wonderful group of people! The fun atmosphere and friendliness put the kids at ease. We highly recommend them!
The staff, hygienists, and dentist are always so kind, informative, and helpful. I have been impressed each time by the extra information I receive that I wouldn't have known otherwise (for example how mouth breathing affects sleep/tongue/soft palate/teeth). The office itself is great (even in COVID) and lots of fun things to keep kids entertained before, during, and after their appointment.
