Rob was our technician. This was his first time he had been to our home. He introduced himself, then explained what he was going to be treating during his visit. He notified us when he had completed the treatment.
Sarah has treated our lawn on multiple occasions this year. She has always been pleasant and willing to discuss any issues that have concerned me. She does a thorough job, and her treatments have improved the quality of our yard.
