I absolutely love Alcott! It’s not just an apartment building, it’s a community! Many people who live here genuinely care for one another. The apartments don’t feel like an apartment, but a home with the large windows and high ceilings. Also, very little noise from neighboring units! Management is great! Kristin Vetter is wonderful and very helpful. I haven’t had any issues that haven’t been fixed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Alcott!
A wonderful place to live with great neighbors and an affordable, nice apartment. The only complaint I’ve had is in response to a false accusation by another tenant, but Metro Plains responded accordingly and I was satisfied with the result. *One of the other Google reviews for Alcott by someone named Deb Jensen is inaccurate. Metro Plains and the manager, Kristin, are fair, helpful and very responsive.
Alcott Manor is a community within itself.I attended college at UND,and through all my experiences of living in Grand Forks, since I raised my daughter,and then worked for The National Imagery Mapping Agency in St Louis,I can truly say that I feel at home here at Alcott Manor.I have been treated with much respect by management/Kristin Vitter/Lorrie.They listen to a person's needs,and the feelings of belonging to a community is phenomenal.
