I love the people, the prices & location. They are so good with my pets. Always a positive experience!
I would never bring my dogs there ever again, they charge way to much
Honestly we (including our doggos) were treated so kindly!!! The ladies at the front desk and Dr. Butterwick were so amazing. She not only told us what to expect upfront but also stayed in the room and answered all of my 100 questions. She sent me information via email and then even called a day later to see how our doggo was doing. Disappointed. We have been clients of Alcor Cresta for 7 years (and have family that has been much longer). Yesterday I took my dog in to be treated for chronic pancreatitis. The staff and assistants were wonderful as always but the vet we saw is enough for us to find another clinic. He was rude, dismissive and I felt pressured to get an X-ray ($180) only to be told that it doesn’t really work for pancreatitis and she would need an ultrasound ($488). I had such a great experience. It's always tough to trust someone with your furry friends. We found a tumor on my dogs leg. We heard good things about Alcor from a family member, so we decided to try them out. I had gotten a quote from another vet of $800, and Alcor was able to give me a much better deal, and clean his teeth too! The staff and doctor were so friendly and let me know my dog was in good hands. Thank you for your help! You made a stressful situation a breeze.
