We have been a customer for many years; and last year spent hundreds of dollars helping our dog live a better life. We love him! Their messages (while u wait on hold) is NOT how they behave in real life!! They act like they care about our animal family members but when they are tested they fail, they fail royally... I ask many times to give my dog one or two pills fir his anxiety in a thunder store and they said no. No. No. Why do we have one veterinarian fir our pets when they don’t care...??? Why. I love both the doctors and the ease of making an appointment! They were able to find allergy relief for my pet after just one visit that his previous vet hadn’t even mentioned after 7 years! The staff is great and so are the doctors! I have referred friends there and they are happy as well

Dr. Lindsay Butterwick & staff was very nice to me & my cat yesterday. Even though I had to wait a bit...it was worth it! I was happy to have an appt in such a short notice. The vet called me the next day with good news that my cat did not have cancer!!! Yey!!!! 👏👍 Their prices are good... better than other places I called! I would recommend this Alcor Cresta Hospital in Midvale 😊 🐈Tinker is doing a lot better already!!!! Thank you staff👱♀️💓🐈
I will be leaving your services as my veterinarian. Twice now you refused care to my giant breed on an urgent basis. Twice now your office did not find urgency in bladder stones in my big boy. Even when we told your office what the emergency vet said. To say that I am disappointed is not really how I feel. I am angry. We took our boy to an emergency vet because you guys were closing and would only do an evaluation and an estimate again not surgery that he needed. My baby needed care. Super sweet hospital. I got my dog neutered a couple days ago. I think my dog loved all the attention, he was in good hands.. he even got super excited to see the vet.
