Issues can be reported multiple times and nothing will be done. Things remain broken for weeks or issues go unresolved, only to reappear and be met with the same apathy. Not sure what happened to the community, but any concept of a secure building is bogus; doors either do not close, have broken latch mechanisms, or the maintenance staff leave access doors open that lead directly into a residential hallway, which also invites all manner of temperatures in throughout the year.
I really like my place very spacious with 1 1/2 baths and a balcony it’s bright and inviting neighbors are quite elevators are convenient and buildings are safe and property is clean and maintained haven’t visited the pool yet but looks clean. Only hang up is if you order something from Amazon etc be sure too go and get it asap as I was missing a package that was supposedly delivered despite all I will signing for another year
This is really bad place they take each package that I order and I don’t really find help when from staff
Everyone of those 5 star posts above are all fake. First off there's never anyone in the office. Second kinda funny how they were all wrote 4 months ago, about the same time when we got the 8th different manager in about 4 years. Like what. Load. This place used a cutting board plastic to cover the 1x1 foot hole they cut in the ceiling on my bathroom, and this was 8 months ago. There's always at least one elevator that's broken down.
