No security cameras. People steal packages that are been delivered. I will not recommend

I repeat DON'T move here unless you are desperate and have no problem living with mice, bugs, smelling weed throughout the building, no response from an unlicensed manager who has an attitude when you call with a question, dealing with a office clerk who constantly has a big attitude when you call, office closed all but one day a week, no qualified maintenance people who will leave your door unlocked when they do come, months waiting for repairs in your apartment, roof leaking, ceiling tiles falling down or ... read more
Issues can be reported multiple times and nothing will be done. Things remain broken for weeks or issues go unresolved, only to reappear and be met with the same apathy. Not sure what happened to the community, but any concept of a secure building is bogus; doors either do not close, have broken latch mechanisms, or the maintenance staff leave access doors open that lead directly into a residential hallway, which also invites all manner of temperatures in throughout the year.
