Alchemy is the perfect balance of haute cuisine & current farm to table cuisine! We never leave Ashland without having dinner at Alchemy. The service of course is high touch but warm & engaging. We had the halibut with berries and morelle mushrooms. And the papadrelle with mushrooms was divine but the buttery skirt steak was delicious with the local mushrooms again topped the meal! My willamet Riesling with subtle hints of pear was the perfect pair. Love this magical spot in Ashland
This place knocks it out of the park on every level. Staff, drinks & food (oh yea, it's in adorable AShland) are the best!
