Big disappointment. Paid $500 for two very mediocre cuts and colors for my kids (and neither was the service that I originally booked because the scheduler made an error). These things happen, but the owner was very dismissive and rude about it when I tried to give feedback. (I wasn’t looking for a discount or trying to get anything out of it- I just wanted someone to listen.) 0/10 experience but giving two stars for a nice atmosphere and talented, overall friendly staff.

Addison is the best. I have thick, wavy Asian hair and grew up in a multiracial family; I never really learned how to take care of my hair properly since my mom's hair texture was different, and I often got haircuts at home. Pittsburg is so lucky to have Fetija, she was my hairstylist for 5 years in New York and I miss her so much. I’ve yet to meet anyone who cut my thick hair as well she did. She listens to your wants and is quite versatile with what she can do! Wish I could give her more stars!
