Nice people, bad haircut/dye – Color washed out 2 weeks later, hair cut lost shape a week later. I called to have her fix it and walked out paying an addition $119 - on top of the $200 I had originally paid.

I was having a challenging time finding a hair artist that could give me what I wanted until I met Rudy. Best Stylist in San Francisco – I have known Lana for almost 5 years now, and she has always done a fantastic job. I am not that much "into" hair, just a simple guy you know, but I always really enjoy going to get a cut every month and chatting with Lana. She always tries to be flexible about appointment times, and has great ideas about changing up styles and making great suggestions for shampoos, gels, etc. if I am having "issues".
