Wyatt Moore at ALCAM Medical O& P was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I trusted him very well.
Absolutely horrible experience at this office. Extremely unprofessional. We have been going back and fourth to this location for weeks and still can’t receive the correct boot for someone with a literal broken foot. please save your time and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.
Stated over phone they accept my insurance and made appointment. Drove 40 miles for 9:30 am appointment. When I arrived the receptionist said they do not accept my insurance. The person who made my appointment and said they do accept my insurance needs to be retrained. He does not know what is going on. I am very upset it was for Diabetic shoes.
I was with Wyatt this morning. He did an excellent job. Very good customer service.
