Working full time outside of the home with 2 young boys, my husband and I felt we deserved better communication, service and our rent check in hand before the 15th of the month to cover the mortgage's. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend them to anyone. We went to look at a house and told there sales person Melissa we wanted a 2 year lease and she okay go online and fill out application $90.00 Fee which we paid. After we paid everything, she calls me the next day and tells me the owner wants month to month and won't sign a contract... Wow... So we lost our money because they lied to us. They don't know anything on there properties or fees. I asked about pet fees they lied and told me $25 each when I looked at... read more
