This is a horrible company. I would not recommend them to anyone. We went to look at a house and told there sales person Melissa we wanted a 2 year lease and she okay go online and fill out application $90.00 Fee which we paid. After we paid everything, she calls me the next day and tells me the owner wants month to month and won't sign a contract... Wow... So we lost our money because they lied to us.
