We had a fairly good experience when buying our 2022 Sierra. Kius was very professional and worked hard to answer questions. He did a great job! We did feel the paperwork process took quite a bit of time and feel it should move more quickly.

Exceptional service when shopping for a vehicle for our son. All staff were very friendly each time we visited the dealership. Jeff responded to questions even on Sunday! They will overcharge you. I brought my vehicle because the engine was surging and the check engine light had gone on. They charged me $200 to look at it. They called it a multipoint inspection, and told me I needed new wipers and a caban air filter, just like jiffy lube. They also read the code, but I have yet to be told what the code is.
I bought a truck that ended up having quite a few issues, and while the process took a bit longer than expected, my sales rep Brooke really took great care of me. She made sure everything was handled and eventually got me into a much better truck than I ever thought I’d get. The dealership honored my warranty, and I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket.
