I’m extremely disappointed with Albrecht’s Island AIR. On Tuesday, 7/1, I was told someone would arrive to fix my air conditioner between 4–6 PM. No one showed up, and I received no call. I followed up at 6:15 PM, left a voicemail, and never got a response. The next day, Wednesday, 7/2, I spoke with someone who apologized and promised a technician would come in the morning. Highly recommend Gary. His customer service is outstanding. Had an “issue” with our AC, also installed by Gary, at our summer home on Friday night and he was so prompt to answer the call and came out to service the unit within 20 minutes. Turns out the “issue” was user error haha but Gary was great!!!
This guy is my hero saved me big when nobody else would even answer the phone. Leaving this review just so I don’t forget - his house used to be pink now it’s yellow. Thank you!
