The people who live in the community are wonderful and I love the location. That being said the dog-run being advertised is actually a line of rocks in a parking lot (I wish I was joking). There are some issues with the basement which has caused damage to residents cars. In short the problem isn't with the people it's the building. Still a new building so I'm trying to stay hopeful that things can be fixed.
We moved in a few months ago and it's been wonderful. This is a new building, there were some small issues in the beginning, but the amazing staff here were on top of it. We've had no other problems since moving and the staff goes above and beyond - they may be the best part about living here. But I suppose the pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor grills and club house are okay too ;-)
Moved in a little over 2 weeks ago and I love it! Staff is great! My apartment feels like home and the community get-togethers are a great way to meet neighbors! Can't wait for the outside to be done and utilized.
Great location, great staff, but why have us move into an active construction site that starts at 7:30 every weekday morning? Waking up to what sounds like someone drilling holes in your ceiling isn't pleasant
