I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Albion in Miami. I would like to thank Maximo and Nathan at the reception for being incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well organized. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade to a Superior Room, and I really appreciated the flexibility with check-out time — they allowed me to check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00. The hotel is run down and needs an urgent renovation. Carpets are dirty, there’s only one elevator working and it’s not working properly, facilities in general are old and run down, AC units noisy, and the whole place smells like mildew. Having said that, location is great and staff is friendly and as accommodating as they can be.
Great location, pretty broken down hotel though. Nice staff! Old old bathrooms and one elevator only ever works 😂
