The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star is because of the second shift or night shift front desk male. He was not understanding of my medical condition(Clostorphopic) and once I asked for a different room he lied straight to my face and said they were sold out for the night but I got on Expedia and they had plenty of rooms available for that night. Hugo and Alex were the best, they were so kind and made us feel great during our stay, offered us towels and we even got upgraded to a larger room! Would definitely recommend.
The stay was great. Everything was clean and the staff is the best out here in south beach Miami. Hugo and Diego made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. Hugo knows how to properly treat guests and run a hotel.
