I’ve used this pharmacy for 5 years now and they have always been really kind and professional.
I hope this allows me two reviews. Just in case, i will address my review as if it doesn't. I agree with all the one star reviews!!!! Same treatment has happened to me so ya'll I feel your pain. I've stayed because they seem to always have my medicine (I am on many) plus the quantity. Last reason for my review is Adam technician. I don't know him from *Adam*....he always treats me with huge respect and I almost feel he wants to apologize for others who are part of the pharmacies problems. Great customer service. Fast and reliable.
Awful customer care. On multiple occasions the staff has been insanely rude to me. I called asking if they could refill a prescription that I've been taking for awhile now and before I could finish my sentence the pharmacist interrupted me and in a very rude voice said we don't have it call your doctor. And this isn't the first time they have been rude to me and have failed to be of any help. All pharmacy personal are well informed and very helpful👍‼️. In addition when I had an accident Dan B a check out took excellent care of me👏
