I thought I had a really great vet, until I found Dr. Cates. He is truly the best of the best. I'm glad he moved to our neighborhood! I know all our pets are in great hands.

Moved and saw a vet close to my new home, didn't like it so I asked my old vet (Dr. Moses at VCA, whom I adored) to refer me to someone close to me and he immediately suggested Dr. Cates. I was late to my first visit, the one that they made for me despite being full and would work me in. I felt awful, particularly since I was helped immediately and each person I talked to (receptionist, tech, Dr. Cates himself) was so exceptionally nice.
