Dr. Cates and his crew are an amazing balance of professionalism, compassion, and caring. My recent experience with a lovely creature named Tyco was the first time I've had to engage *heavily* with veterinary care during my half-century on the planet. I could write a few pages here, however, all I really wanted to say thank you to AVC & all the wonderful folks there and that most human medical professionals I've encountered could take lessons from Dr. Cates and his staff.
Always a great experience with my dog Gidget. I recently adopted a new puppy, who is sure to be treated with same amount of care and respect!

Aside from the fact that AVC always has my furbaby's health as their #1 priority, we LOVE every staff member!!! We always receive exceptional service...and we're in there a lot!
