This man is exactly why overweight patients wait on care or don't go in at all. He looked at me and saw I was diabetic and would not listen to anything I had to say. Was UNWILLING to accept that my issue was related to a serious condition (diagnosed) no it had to be due to what he had already jumped too. Asked multiple times if I needed therapy for weight loss since I obviously emotionally eat. For having a dad and grandfather as doctors he has inherited some bad habits. Dr Owens solved a problem that a number of other doctors had not been able to solve. I am sleeping so much better now than I have for a very long time and my feet feel much better. Thank you very much Dr Owens!!!! [...].
This was our 1st visit with a new doctor and it went very well.
He didn't tell me what I wanted to here, but he told me his honest opinion. I respect that.
I went for my first visit to establish care which oftentimes are awkward and repetitive. I expected to be seen as just another patient meeting a drab doctor, however, I felt very safe and comfortable with Dr. Owens. He was down-to-earth, sensible and open minded, which made me feel even more comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better first visit.
I have anxiety issues and he clearly ignored it and was upright rude. Like bro you are being paid to do this so drop your attitude
Idk where and how these positive reviews are made but maybe he was that good years ago. But as of 2024 he needs to get an another job! Spends about 20secs with patient an very unprofessional aggressively rude. Pls save urself a time and get a doc who will actually treat u like a patient!
Sadly 3 attempts were made and we never connected for my Telehealth appointment 38 minutes ago!!
Dr. Owens is a great doctor. Good listener and a very good doctor overall!!
