Perfect experience! Geoff was the perfect mix of helpfulness without being pushy.
When visiting the Albert Lee store in Seattle, I was assisted by Mike Hoag. I must say a big thank you to him for his help. Everything was handled fast and professionally.
Geoff Robbins was knowledgeable and thorough about the products. Easy to work with, with wonderful customer treatment/service. Their drivers delivered the product right on schedule and took great care as to product condition, etc., to eliminate any future "problems".
Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. There was no pressure to make a purchase. When I went back to make my purchase Tim was off that day and I was assisted by Cliff Birdsall who helped me alter my appliances due to a size restriction. If I need to make a further purchase I won't hesitate to go back to Albert Lee Appliance.
They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dan sold us exactly what we wanted with features that we really like at a much better price than the competition. We had a very bad experience with Home Depot and this was a refreshing change. The delivery teams went out of their way to be polite, courteous and professional. This was a big contrast to the extremely hostile and uncaring delivery people from GE (Home Depot) who refused to deliver our appliances even after we had made special accommodations for them.
