Cliff immediately corrected my stovetop/oven/venting idea which would have cost me considerable money as a non-workable option. He directed me to the correct option and assisted me again when I didn't like that option to one that I did like. Delivery was as promised.

The salesman was excellent. I received exactly what I wanted in perfect condition. Thank you Kevin Eddy. I want to especially thank the delivery team who noticed my outlet was broken. I would not have noticed. With their information I was able to call an electrician and replace the outlet. Thank them for saving me from a possible fire situation in the future. I am totally going to use Albert Lee for all my appliance needs.
Bonnie was very helpful and friendly that i decided to purchase all my kitchen appliances in one place rather than looking around at other stores. I was skeptical at first due to bad experience a few years ago at SC store. Bonnie changed my mind this time though and we are happy with the purchases. I will be calling her for help in using my new appliances. I hate reading manuals.
