The salesman was excellent. I received exactly what I wanted in perfect condition. Thank you Kevin Eddy. I want to especially thank the delivery team who noticed my outlet was broken. I would not have noticed. With their information I was able to call an electrician and replace the outlet. Thank them for saving me from a possible fire situation in the future. I am totally going to use Albert Lee for all my appliance needs.

Excellent service from information gathering phase through delivery. We had previously purchased appliances from Albert Lee and were pleased enough to return for this purchase of a replacement refrigerator.
I spoke first With Geoff and he was extremely helpful! My husband and I decided to go back to purchase from him when we were ready. On the day we were ready I called and asked for Geoff who was unfortunately off that day. Another salesperson was equally gracious and I told him I wanted to credit Geoff for the sale because he had been so terrific. This sales person was totally understanding and managed the sale equally well. I was completely delighted by my entire sales experience at Albert Lee Appliance!
We have bought several appliances from Kevin and have always been pleased with his service. It's rare to find a sales person that actually seems to care about the customer at most places, but Kevin is very helpful and we trust him. Also, always pleasant! Renae was great to talk to. She gave me a price I could not refuse without asking for it. Free delivery to my area, free installation, and free haul away. What more did I want? I had her run my card right away before she changed her mind. :) Happy with my experience and will be going back when I need to. PS. installation guys were great and professional. I am a happy camper til this washer needs service of course. :)
I came in to look at and hopefully purchase a 30 inch cook top. I was impressed with Renae's knowledge and professionalism enough to purchase the hood at the same time. I am sure we will be very happy with our choices and would certainly do business with her again.
