Perfect experience! Geoff was the perfect mix of helpfulness without being pushy.
Geoff Robbins was knowledgeable and thorough about the products. Easy to work with, with wonderful customer treatment/service. Their drivers delivered the product right on schedule and took great care as to product condition, etc., to eliminate any future "problems".
I was surprised that the Saleslady didn't know anything about delivery to Whidbey island. However she was very quick about getting the correct info and costs and explained everything perfectly. I knew kind of what I was looking for. As she and I discussed my cooking habits and features I was looking for, I felt like both items were exactly what I was looking for. I don't think she tried to steer me to different ranges with additional features that I didn't need. Thank you Renae!
Can't say enough positive and I'd be surprised if you get much feedback otherwise. A former small businessman myself, its very apparent AL is very well run, understands their customers & how to treat them. We spent three years buying a pitiful $11K worth of appliances from Kevin Eddy.
