Renae was great to talk to. She gave me a price I could not refuse without asking for it. Free delivery to my area, free installation, and free haul away. What more did I want? I had her run my card right away before she changed her mind. :) Happy with my experience and will be going back when I need to. PS. installation guys were great and professional. I am a happy camper til this washer needs service of course. :)
In the last two years we have bought three major appliances for our kitchen from Albert Lee. Kirk Fisher provided the best retail experience we have had in years. My wife is chemically sensitive and Kirk uncrated the subzero in your warehouse, rinsed the unit with vinegar and used baking soda to lessen the odor. The refrigerator was the best price at Albert Lee compared to 3 other local competitors. The 12 month interest free financing made it possible to go through with the purchase. We would not have been able to do a 6 month term. Tylar Strong was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and made our experience very enjoyable. Thank you.
I came in to look at and hopefully purchase a 30 inch cook top. I was impressed with Renae's knowledge and professionalism enough to purchase the hood at the same time. I am sure we will be very happy with our choices and would certainly do business with her again.
Dan was great. He was so knowledgeable on all the appliances. He helped me make a decision on the gas range. Just what he informed us about in the store made me change my mind. We bought a washer/dryer and after out remodel we plan to purchase a gas range/frig/hood/microwave and we will go back to see Dan. Thanks for the great customer service without the pressure to buy.
I love my Miele dishwasher now that it works the way it was supposed to. The electronic connection to the soap dispenser was not connected and dispenser could not open. This was sloppiness at the factory. After spending a great deal on the dishwasher, we had to hand wash dishes for two weeks until a repairman could come to fix it. All is well now. The KitchenAid oven works perfectly.
