Dr. Marano believes there are many things to consider when treating patients and his philosophy is to have the patient on as few prescription meds as possible. There are often alternative measures that can be explored such as diet, exercise, other treatments, vitamins and supplements. Dr. Marano prides himself on an advocate for his patients and wants them to have a say in their treatment. If they are adamant about not going on meds, he will always try to accommodate their wishes.

I LOVE Dr. Marano he has helped me so much to get thru the stroke I had. he has a great bedside manner and is a good listener, he has positive vibes and always has a smile, can't wait to go in January 2017.
Dr. Marano is my favorite doctor, very down to earth and easy to talk to. He really listens and cares about his patients, he never rushes through my appointments and makes sure I understand what is going on with my condition. I highly recommend him to any one. I also cannot say enough about the staff, every time I call I am greeted with a pleasant voice and when I leave a message for the doctor my calls are returned. The staff is very helpful and do their best to help me.
Plain and simple office staff is terrible which makes it difficult to schedule appointments, get a call back from the doctor, or even refill prescriptions ( which took 3 months). Would not recommend to anyone.
He is very down to earth. He greets you himself when he calls you into his office. He takes time to explain things to you, and speaks directly to you. I would recommend any family or friend to him.
My family has a history of aneurysms (father-died age 28, aunt died age 49, nana died age 62). Having symptoms, I was urged by my PCP to see a neurologist. Situation was explained and was told had to wait 4 months, until May 6, 2016. Called to confirm May 2nd was told they had no record of appointment. I then faxed over the referral with the sucessful submission (dated 12/21/15) from my PCP. Sorry, still have to wait until mid August. NOT NICE.
Good doctor but, bad office crew.
Dr. Marano himself is great His office staff is horrible - they do not return phone calls, they are nasty, condescending and seem put out when you talk with them. The staff experience is half of the office experience and they fail miserably Therefore, I would not recommend this experience I have changed doctors due to this bad experience
