Dr. Marano listens to my concerns, and it up to date on new medicines, and therapies for my illness. He is very professional, kind, and I never have to wait an excessive amount of time to see him. I have seen many Neurologists for my MS, and most seem to think they are above everything. Dr. Marano is a great doctor, and I am very happy to have found him close by my home.
Dr. Marano is a terrific doctor, who has helped me over the last several years. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, and doesn't hesitate to suggest alternative treatments. He stays up to date on new medications, and procedures. He makes me feel that I am important, and genuinely seems concerned about my illness. Highly recommend.

The Dr is a wonderful Dr,very very bright, except in the case of his Office Mnger and staff Evelyn is an extremely rude and ignorant women ,If you read other reviews others have had this problem also .Evelyn lacks knowledge in any form of office etiquette, of course when you have not a bit of class one may expect this. Honestly,I cannot say enough great things about Dr Marano & his staff! From the first time I stepped into his office now over 4 years ago due to a major car accident, I know that he truly cares about me. He is by far the most caring ,understanding & compassionate Dr that I have ever met. He spends as much time as needed to answer all of my questions with me in the office & I never feel rushed. Dr Marano makes me feel like a family friend when I see him and I couldn't have asked for a better Dr!
Dr. Marano has changed my life as far as dealing with migraines. We started out trying a few different things and a short time later we found something that actually works great. He's a great neurologist and knows his stuff! His new office staff are friendly and helpful. I never have a problem. As far as wait times in the waiting room, it's pretty normal. You always have a bit of a wait time to see a good doctor! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Marano is a doctor who listens and has compassion. He validated why I suffer when others told me there was nothing to cause my pain .
