Just to piggy back on some of the other comments made. Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not really sure how good Dr. Morano is, been going there since February and been to the office 3 times but only spoke to him once. Has given me very little about my condition, seems as though they dont listen to the patients and just want to give a higher dose of medication. I would not recommend this office. Find another doctor, as I have.
Dr marano has treated a number of family members and myself. He is very professional but also very compassionate to all his patients.
Dr. Marano has treated myself, wife and mother in law over the past 15 years. He goes above and beyond with his patients, always taking his time and to thoughtfully explain complex medical diagnoses. His medical knowledge is second to none. Furthermore, his office staff is very thorough and attentive.
My wife has MS and requires infusions every 6 months. Office forgets to order her medication on a regular basis which forces my wife to wait an extra time while feeling her worst. Dr. MORANO has been told about his rude and careless office staff but refuses to address the situation, but I keep records. Evelyn and Amanda are both snarky and full of excuses.
I would definitely not recommend this office. The staff are extremely rude. My dad called on a Saturday to cancel an appointment, after his wife tested positive for covid. The message stated if you or anybody in your household has tested positive for covid reschedule your appointment. On Monday afternoon he called to reschedule his appointment. He was told that he could not reschedule the appointment until he paid the late fee. He questioned why he needed to pay a late fee when he gave 48 hour notice when he called on Saturd... read more
Dr Marano is great, but the staff is horrible and the staff needs to replace the staff immediately.
Dr Marano is the BEST! As for his office staff, I have never had an office staff be so rude and condescending! The office manager has no idea what professionalism is.
I have seen Dr Marano for several health issues. Testing for Carpal Tunnel is very uncomfortable procedure. Dr Marano's good humor, & kindness helped make it less unpleasant. I've seen him for a few other issues since. The last time I saw him I felt comfortable enough to discuss a very personal, & rather embarrassing medical matter with him. Dr Marano provides excellent care. He answers all questions clearly and with compassion. He provides encouragement and stresses the importance of keeping a positive outlook. My PD is not overwhelming me due primarily to the care and understanding I’ve received from Dr Joseph Marano.
