Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? I have used Dr. Bennett for almost 15 years and I cannot say enough good things about him.. I once had a physician look at X-rays of my back and sadly comment "Yes, you have a nurse's back." Many years ago when I trained as a nurse I was taught not to trust chiropractors. I am so grateful I got beyond that prejudice. Chiropractors are like physicians in that there are good ones, average ones, and bad ones. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
