I had a root canal with Dr. Citron on July 2010. He charged me 2200 for only a one hour of work. 2000 to pay right away and 200 on another additional bill 1 month later. The same procedure that I paid only 800 dollar 6 years ago. The average root canal is from 600- 1000 currently. When I received the bill, I wrote a letter to explain to him that I had quit my job to have medical treatment and I am not qualified for any SSI disability or Unemployment compensation. A great experience.Very affordable. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. My complicated case was done professionally in a gentle manner. I went to have a molar root canal retreated that was originally done in my home country. Prices at this place are extremely affordable - and i know that because i called about 7 other endodontists before i chose Dr. Citron. Dr. Citron did a re-treatment of my root canal last week. When experience post operative pain (just the nature of my teeth, not the quality of work), he opened the office up tonight, a Sunday, to relieve my pain. He is extremely kind and conscientious, and a very good endodontist. As someone who has experienced a ton of pain with her teeth in the past, I've known a lot of dentists and endodontists...he's the best.
If you have to have a root canal, this is the place to go. It's pain-free, and Dr. Citron is very thorough. He really works hard so that you don't have any issues to deal with after the root canal. He's fantastic!
9 Oct. 2007 I found this endodontist excellent in every way! . He made certain that the root canal was infact necessary. I didn't suffer pain. It's been about 14 years since the work, and no problems. His price was reasonable too--I think it was about $700. then. Without any reservations, I highly recomend this doctor. I went to Dr. Citron for a root canal. The assistant did most of the work while he was on the phone making an appointment for tennis. Partway through the procedure, I realized they were working on the wrong tooth! I left his office to consult with the dentist who referred me to Dr. Citron. He referred me elsewhere. The endodontist I went to next easily found the cracked tooth for which I needed the root canal. I just had my second root canal by Dr. Citron and I had absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. He is very pleasant and thorough and explains everything he is about to do. I could have a root canal every day if he did them!
I saw Dr. Citron for a root canal. He did an excellent job! The pain was nearly non existant. I would recommend him to anyone. Nate Northern Va.
